Phase 1 is all about getting to know our client and what specific projects they would like to complete. This is typically done over the phone and followed up with an in person meeting at our clients home. During this meeting, we go into more details on your style preferences, vision, and review any inspiration photos you may have. We typically ask the client for an estimated budget they have allocated to complete their specific projects. This allows us to let our clients know what can realistically be done. After our scope of work discovery is completed, we will then quickly work up a detailed estimate for our client to review and consider.

Phase 2 focuses on finalizing the design and scope of work. If we are doing a kitchen or bathroom remodel this is the time we make educated material decisions based on customers vision as well as price points. Typically we are able to present our clients with 3 or 4 selections for each major material used throughout the project and bring it to them for review. This saves our clients tons of time going from supply stores trying to find what they want and at the specific price point they need.

Phase 3 is when we bring your project to life. There are many steps and they are very dependent on the type of project you are wanting to complete. For example, if your job requires permitting, we will submit all permit documentation for your project and once approved, construction will begin based on the scope of work we agreed upon. City inspections may also be required as different milestones of the project are completed. Communication is key throughout this phase.

Phase 4 is centered around making sure our client is satisfied with the work that has been completed. This process, typically consists of an in person walk through, in which a punch list will be created and scheduled to be completed. Any other client concerns will be addressed during this phase.
